Agenda:
Revised timeline:
Get a good rough draft ad for feedback for Oct. 15. We need to decide
what we want for the Ad.
Ad out as soon as possible, by Oct. 15 at the latest, available for
convention.
Job description as well as an ad? Joanne has the job description for
Ty, and description of tasks.
Close Nov. 15 as early, late, Dec. 1.
Dec. 1/2, distribute applications, narrow down to best four.
Dec 14, meet before SCC meeting, 2-3 hours to interview, make decision
that day.
Overlap the new employee’s time for two weeks with temporary
fundraiser to get up to speed; by Jan 1, they are on the run.
Face to face interview with top four choices; this also gives a chance
to have them meet SCC members.
After the interviewees have been presented, the meeting on the
fourteenth should have a chunk of time [for decision?].
Discussion: do we want them to be a Green? Preference to Greens?
Not needed to put into the advertisement
One way is to have an employee, the other option is to do independent
contracting.
Employee 20 hours a week on a fixed salary.
How much of an expectation? Goal that’s flexible.
Compensation negotiable at this point.
