While we emphasize people power, the Pacific Green Party does need money to pay for office space, printing, T-shirts, bumper stickers, and all the other little expenses involved in saving the world.
Since we do not accept corporate contributions, we need small contributions from individuals like you. Contributions to the Pacific Green Party of Oregon are not tax-deductible for federal income tax purposes, but you are eligible for an Oregon income tax credit of up to $50 ($100 for a joint return) for political donations.
You can contribute on-line by filling out the form to the left and clicking on the “Contribute” button. With the exception of those items marked optional, we are required by law to gather this information for all donations of $50 or more.
For contributions to our Federal committee, the maximum individual contribution under federal law is $2300 per election per candidate. Please review that the following statements are true and accurate before sending in your donation:
1. I am a United States citizen or a permanent resident alien. 2. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution. 3. I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person. 4. I am not a federal contractor. 5. I am at least eighteen years old.
Please include your occupation and employer information with all contributions as required by federal law.
