5th Congressional District Candidate's Debate

On September 10th the Salem City Club will be hosting a 5th Congressional District Candidate's Debate for all candidates in the 5th Congressional District. The Salem City Club is currently celebrating 43 years of exceptional civic discourse. 5th Congressional District Pacific Green Party Candidate Chris Lugo is scheduled to be in attendance. The deate will provide an opportunity for all candidates to express their views and make the case for why they should be considered for the 5th Congressional District. Democratic Representative Kurt Schrader will also be in attendance. The event will take place on Friday, September 10th at the Dye House, 1313 Mill St SE in Salem beginning at noon. The debate will also be replayed on Community Television in Salem on Comcast Channel 21 at various times. The Salem City Club has a long tradition of providing forums for the public in an atmosphere of education and understanding.
