Minutes of Previous Meeting Minutes adopted as corrected.

November Convention
Blair Bobier will not be attending, so we will need a replacement for him in the round-table discussion.
Paul Loney and Lori Burton are suggested.
Suzi has the impression that Lori will facilitate. She will contact Lori and if Lori agrees Suzi will notify Mike Van Handel of that update to the convention notice.
George Hutchinson and Delbert McCombs are willing to share the responsibility for the meals. On the announcement of the convention, notice of the necessity to respond, that is, to tell the party that one is planning to attend, ought to be quite prominently posted.

Candidate for Membership of the SCC Barbara believes Chris Lugo both well-qualified and available to serve on the SCC. The group approved by consensus her asking him whether he is willing to serve.

Election night Randy suggests that there be a contact person for the Party to provide commentary to the press on election night. He agrees to work with Mike Van Handel on this task.

Ashland City Council Suzi urges us all to support the incumbent, Erik Novackis, in the election for Ashland City Council.
