Old Business:

1.The agenda for the upcoming June 11 PGP business convention in Eugene at the Growers Market (9:30-4:30) was discussed: Convention agenda items are:
a) Registration events: Volunteers, coordinators, dates
b) Elections Discussion: 1) Which 2011 races to focus on 2) candidate recruitment, 3) resources, 4) candidate/party fundraising events 5) a strategy session toward the 2012 elections

There was not a quorum as Tristin Mock, Chris Lugo, and Seth Woolley did not
participate.

The next meeting is Sunday May 8 at 7pm.

Decisions tentatively made (which can be confirmed at the next meeting)
follow:

1. Suzia, George and Charles volunteerd to be the agenda committee for the
upcoming convention. Charles has provided an initial draft of convention
agenda items (see Charles' email below). Lori Burton will be asked to
facilitate the June Business Convention in Eugene.

Note: This was an extremely long and difficult meeting. As a result,
the notes are partial in the most critical area, though decisions are
recorded. I would welcome statements from those involved giving their
point of view; they could be included as footnotes, and any key points
included in the minutes.
