Strike "Appropriation of surplus revenues (reinvest or general fund) is per decision of new chapter board, elected at time of recent constitution change."

Minutes approved as amended.

2. SCC Meeting Schedule Changes
Meetings changed to Sundays at 7 pm every other week. Next meeting Monday Dec 5.

There was a discussion of the geographic basis of chapters. A chapter
without boundaries appears to be inconsistent with the party
constitution, but members can attend any chapter they care to. No

Minutes of Pacific Green Party State Coordinating Committee, 09-05-2010.

Meeting was held 7 PM Sunday, September 5. SCC Attendees: Randy, Michael, Tristin, Barbara, Seth, Charles, Suzia. Also attending: George.

Scheduled facilitator was not present at beginning of meeting, so George convened meeting.

Previous weeks minutes approved.

November 6 convention: Coast Range location was discussed; not so friendly for Amtrak travellers. Coast Range location (Camp Myrtlewood in Coos County) was decided on, rides offered to those coming via transit. One or two days?--two

Previous Minutes approved by consensus.

Discussion of proposed permanent candidate search and development
committee: Randy expressed concern that it might rule out late-breaking
candidate applications, all agreed that it should not. Charles agreed
to serve on such a committee despite prior protestations. The concept
was approved pending further research and carried to next meeting.

2. Previous minutes: Approved as submitted.

3. Treasurer's report: Pat Driscoll's report was submitted by email, showing approximately $2,700 balance. Charles proposed a fundraising drive on behalf of the party's federal office candidates. He volunteered to write the copy for such an appeal.
