Treasurer's report and discussion of getting updated membership numbers postponed until Pat is on the call. His report is generally scheduled for the first week of the month.

2. State Convention Agenda updates, procedural matters:
Nathan Michaeu, a potential gubernatorial candidate, has requested time to speak to the convention.
Suzia will write the bylaw change regarding SCC meeting attendance that is to be introduced.
Mike Van Handel will record minutes.

3. Local Arrangements
Westminster House has been scheduled.

4. Candidate News
No new PGP candidates have announced.

5. Forgiveness of National revenue-sharing debt

2. State Convention

A. Notification: Some 4,000 postcard notifications have been mailed to Party members in Multnomah, Washington, and Clackamas counties, the Treasurer reports.

B. Agenda: A final agenda will be posted by Michael Meo on Sunday [10 January]

Minutes of last meeting approved without corrections.

Dr. Staggenborg discussed his expectations regarding mounting a campaign for the U.S. Senate not sooner than March 1. He intends to run a campaign with broad appeal as well as help build the PGP. An issue to consider in the short term is definition of responsibilities to be assigned to local campaign organizations.

Determined by consensus that the agenda for the Jan. 16 convention should include development of an electoral strategy for the 2010 elections.
