Mark Yeager from Valley Neighbors for Environmental Quality and Safety (VNEQS) is joining us for an update on the opposition to expansion of the Coffin Butte landfill. The Benton County Commissioners voted (2 to 1) to reverse the decision by the Planning Commission to block the expansion. Currently the Commissioners' decision is being appealed to the Land Use Board of Appeals.
