10-10:30 - Welcome, orientation, choose facilitator & notekeeper etc., approve agenda.

10:30-11:30 - Breakout sessions:
A. PGP internal processes: communications, holding meetings, education, organization, leadership, decision making, etc.
Recommendations for full group: problems to address, possible solutions to look at, committees to form
B. External processes: increasing participation, recruiting members, outreach to other groups, fund-raising, media
Recommendations for full group: problems etc.

11:30-12:30 - Lunch

12:30-1:30 - Breakout sessions:
A. Election reforms: ranked choice voting, campaign finance, etc.

B. 2018 elections: offices to target, recruitment, vetting nominees, nomination process, campaign help

1:30-2:30 - Breakout reports to full group, discussion, formation of committees

Note regarding parking.  Do NOT park in the Amtrak parking lot next to the Grower's Market, you are likely to be towed!  You can find free parking about three blocks away in the Hult Center Garage, 1 Eugene Center.
