In addition we will be using the online white board, Mural. It is an easy-to-use visual tool that increases participation. You will need a computer (rather than a phone) to be able to interact with Mural. If you do not have access to a computer for the meeting, please let us know ahead of time and we will pair you with another meeting participant. You do NOT need to create a Mural account to participate. You will enter the Mural as a guest. It is not necessary to do any practicing or tutorials ahead of time - we will spend a few minutes in the meeting getting everybody up to speed - but it will make the process less stressful/more enjoyable if you at lease read the Mural basics handout and poke around for a few minutes on the practice mural.

AT THIS CONVENTION
FUNDAMENTAL DISCUSSIONS ON HOW WE RELATE TO EACH OTHER
STRATEGIC PLAN AND CAMPAIGNS 2024
How are the various parties to relate to each other? How are decisions made? Who can speak for the party? These and other issues have been debated following the Large Group Consensus process inspired by the Haudenosaunee (known to the American colonial leaders as the Iroquois Confederation).
HERE IS A LINK TO THE PROPOSED NEW CONSTITUTION AND BYLAWS
ALL DOCUMENTS AND VIDEOS can be found in this convention folder
These conversations took place in the "Organizational Structure" subgroup and our various social media accounts FB, IG, X?. We encourage you to join us on the Groups.io platform.
We strive to reach consensus, so YOU can have a voice in the decisions because we use a modified consensus process. We go to a vote only when there is a group unwilling to stand aside; this avoids stalemates.
