Sign the following ad to be placed on OregonLive: On July 14th 2015, President Obama signed the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) aka the “Iran Nuclear Deal” on behalf of the United States and its citizens. This agreement is being overwhelmingly supported around the world, by the United Nations, NATO, the European Union, the Arab League, the National Iranian American Council, and dozens of former ambassadors and analysts. The Oregon voters whose names appear below most strongly urge Senators Ron Wyden and Jeff Merkley to show their support for this historic agreement. To vote against it would be a vote for war, would undermine the Executive authority to negotiate agreements on behalf of the United States, and would destroy months of delicate and difficult negotiations.
